SafeStaff California has been specializing in Food Safety for over 20 years. We are one of the largest and most reputable providers of ServSafe® Food Safety training in California.We have ServSafe® certified hundreds of people in the past few months alone!

Our goal is to educate the world on the importance of Food Safety training and to eliminate food borne illness from our planet! One class at a time!

Our team of registered and certified ServSafe® instructors and proctors is made up of Executive Chefs, Food Safety Directors, Certified HACCP trainers, Caterers, ServSafe® Alcohol trainers, and Restaurant Managers. All of them are registered and certified through ServSafe® to educate and teach Food Safety at their workplace and for SafeStaff California. California Health and Safety Code 113947.3 requires all food or drink managers to attend a Food Safety course and then pass an ANSI approved Food Safety Manager exam with a 75% or better. SafeStaff California provides only the comprehensive ServSafe® Food Safety Manager course and then administers the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager exam.

California Senate Bill 602 requires anyone involved with the preparation, storage, or service of food to obtain a California Food Handler card. This is a new law that has been passed to increase food safety competence and education. All food handlers in California are required to successfully pass a food handler certification program and exam before January 1, 2012 and renew every 3 years. SafeStaff California provides the highest quality ServSafe® Food handler training for online food handler certification for the California Food Handler Card. All of your food handler employees are welcome to join any Servsafe® Food Safety manager class Free of charge!

Kevin has been educating the importance of Food Safety for over 20 years. As well as being a founding member of SafeStaff California, Kevin is a long time Circuit Chef for the Disney Corporation and a member of the American Culinary Federation and HACCP Alliance. After attending Goldenwest College, California State University Long Beach, and the Culinary Institute, Kevin received the certifications required to become a Registered ServSafe® Instructor and Proctor for ServSafe® and the National Restaurant Association.

Carl has teamed with Staff California, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in food safety. Currently, Carl is the Food Safety Director, and HACCP coordinator for Garden Fresh Restaurants which operates the Sweet Tomatoes and Soup Plantation restaurant chains. Carl also serves as Chairman of the Los Angeles Food Safety Advisory Council.
